Villa CC is designed as a terrace house with a splendid sea view on a top spot in Mallorca.  The volumes are ashlar-formed, in graduals as well set with ninety degree angles. The reference to the sea is obvious, our approach in interior design is underlining this point. Oak floors and wide windows help to open up the interior space towards the sea side.
